Biblical Park Outfits Donkeys With Wi-Fi Routers

Imagine you’re touring a really cool place in a rural area and just snapped an amazing photo. You want to share it with all your friends and family so you reach for your smartphone and there’s no Internet service. How frustrating! Well, Kfar Kedem, a historical biblical park in northern Israel solved this technological problem by putting Wi-Fi routers on donkeys, reports the Associated Press.

While tourists dressed in biblical garb ride the Wi-Fi outfitted donkeys through the land where Jacob and Abraham once walked, they can update their Facebook status or quickly look up passages from the Old Testament.

The Web-enabled donkey service has only been up for a couple weeks at the park and so far, tourists seem to be enjoying it.

"I don't miss any news," visitor Peter Scherr told the AP. "I send pictures back to my family while I'm having fun on the donkeys."
