Bon Iver Front Man Designs Cat-Themed Shoes

Justin Vernon, founder and front man of folk band Bon Iver, is teaming up with a shoe company to support the Best Friends Animal Society. The singer-songwriter designed a pair of limited-edition sneakers in collaboration with Keep shoes. The $75 kicks are a pale salmon color with herringbone accents and a black fishbone detail across the toe. According to Keep's website, the feline-friendly theme comes from Vernon and Keep's shared love of cats. The "Holocene" singer owns two rescues, Flo and Melmon.

Men's and women's sizes of the shoes are available for pre-order until July 1, and they hit retail stores this October.
