Ducklings Deliver Mail to Nursing Home

They don’t exactly offer speedy service. But these waddling mail carriers definitely deliver plenty of smiles — and a lot of noise.

“Peeper and the Pipettes,” a group of three ducklings, often help volunteer mailman Steve Score on his route at a Minnesota nursing home. Peeper is 8 weeks old, while her backup singers are 6 weeks. Score’s fluffy yellow friends waddle along behind him, peeping all the way.

Score and the residents he serves sometimes joke about being much happier to see the ducklings’ bills than the paper ones he brings. And who can blame them?
