They weren't behind the wheel, but two dogs still made it to the Indianapolis 500 victory circle this weekend. Winner Dario Franchitti and his wife, actress Ashley Judd, shared the spotlight on Sunday with their two Cockapoos. The dogs, named Buttermilk and Shug, aren't new to the celebrations — their dad has won three times now at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

"This is Shug's 3rd trip to the Indy 500 Winnrer's [sic] Photos. She went straight to the famed bricks and the milk bottles," Judd tweeted.

The Missing actress and animal activist wrote that every member of her family (including the four-legged ones) was proud of Franchitti, and that the dog duo deserves a little credit, too. "They gave him a lot of calm /focus/ love before the race," she tweeted.

And that puppy love definitely paid off — Franchitti takes home $2,474,280 for winning the race. That could buy a lot of dog treats!
