We are a full service veterinary hospital and boarding facility that has been serving the Cincinnati area for over 30 years. Our goal is to deliver the highest quality of veterinary medicine to our patients while adhering to the highest possible professional and ethical standards. We serve our clients and their pets with competent staff and state-of-the-art medical equipment. We continually educate our staff about diseases and treatments for your pets so that they may educate you. Our mission is to continue to serve you with integrity and quality service.
The Animal Care Centers consist of three state-of-the-art, full service veterinary hospitals located in Fairfield, Forest Park, and Blue Ash focused on companion animal care. We offer total pet care including, but not limited to, vaccinations, heartworm and leukemia testing, dermatology and allergy testing, radiology, ultrasound, dentistry, behavior and training counseling, and animal adoption. We have well equipped, sterile surgical suites with intensive care units and patient monitory abilities for routine and emergency surgical care. In addition to veterinary care, we offer grooming services from our experienced groomers and spacious, climate controlled boarding facilities to ensure quality care for your pet while you are on vacation. The affiliation with our other practices gives you the expertise of 11 quality veterinarians and over 60 technicians, receptionists, assistants and other staff members.

Dr. David HaeusslerFounder/ DVM
Dr. Dave was admitted to Ohio State College of Veterinary Medicine after only 3 years of undergraduate work at Ohio State University. After graduating in 1979, he took a position in a practice in Amherst, Ohio. He started the Fairfield Animal Hospital in July of 1980. Dr. Dave enjoys all facets of veterinary medicine and surgery and is specifically interested in management, dermatology, behavior, and pediatrics.
Dr. Dave is a member of American Animal Hospital Association, American Veterinary Medical Association, Ohio Veterinary Medical Association, Cincinnati Veterinary Medical Association, and Butler -Warren County Veterinary Medical Association. He is Past President of the Student Veterinary Medical Association, Ohio State University Chapter, and member of Omega Tau Sigma Fraternity. He is listed as a life member of "Who's Who in Veterinary Medicine" and is qualified to be a member of Mensa. Dr. Dave lives in Lebanon with his wife Mary. Dr. Dave and Mary have 3 children: Dave Jr., who has completed a residency in veterinary ophthmalogy at Ohio State and has now opened his own practice. Alli, who is the financial manager of the business and part time soccer coach and personal trainer for budding young soccer stars, and Emily, who is an Occupational Therapy at The West Chester Medical Center.

Dr. Wendy WeilDr. Wendy Vogel is a 1997 graduate of The Ohio State University and has been with The Animal Care Centers since graduation caring for dogs and cats. Dr. Wendy's special interests are ultrasound and laser surgery. Dr. Wendy is also certified by the American Veterinary Surgical Laser Society. Her undergraduate alma mater is Kentucky Wesleyan College, where she majored in biology and was busy in theater and music organizations. After hours, she keeps active by participating in local community theater productions all over the city. She enjoys running marathons rather slowly, cake decorating and scuba diving. She lives with her husband Andrew, six extremely spoiled cats and three rescue dogs.

Dr. Dalton Shroyer
Dr. Dalton is an enthusiastic, new graduate of 2012 from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Dalton was born and raised in Cincinnati and is excited to be back in his home town working for Animal Care Centers. He graduated from Miami University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Zoology/Pre-Veterinary Medicine and is a member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity. Dr. Dalton’s interests include playing ultimate frisbee, running, fishing, and cooking when he has time. While at Miami and MSU, he played on the Club Ultimate Frisbee teams at both schools practicing and traveling to tournaments. Before leaving MSU, Dr. Dalton rescued a chocolate lab puppy from a shelter in Mississippi that he named "Shady" who he loves spoiling rotten whenever possible.
