Chip Beckett, DVM

Veterinarian
Stewart 'Chip' Beckett, is the Senior Veterinarian of our animal hospital. He graduated from Purdue University in 1982 with his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. He opened his own practice, Beckett & Associates, in 1983 after doing one year of relief work in Upstate New York.

Dr. Beckett’s primary medical interests have been surgery and large animal performance horse evaluations. Currently, he is pursuing long-term interests in acupuncture and chiropractic care to help with athletic injuries of both large and small animals. We have had some excellent responses to these therapies. In addition to running his own veterinary practice, Dr. Beckett also spends his time maintaining the property as a working vegetable farm and staying very active in the local Glastonbury community.
