Dr. Danielle Delfino comes to us from one of the leading specialty teaching hospitals in Manhattan, where she completed an internship in general medicine and surgery. She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University following a yearlong clinical rotation at the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine. Born in upstate New York, Dr. Delfino completed her bachelor of science in biology at Siena College, where she was named Presidential Scholar. In addition, Dr. Delfino was awarded the American Association of Feline Practitioners Scholarship based on her great interest and care toward felines and feline medicine.

Her interest in wildlife veterinary medicine took her to Nelspruit, South Africa, where she worked in the field of conservation and medicine including the capture and microchipping of white rhinoceroses, the relocation of wildlife, and buffalo TB testing. Her professional interests include internal medicine and oncology.
