Maddie Parsons

Assistant Tech
Maddie has always been an animal lover and is very excited about her position as part of the Cat Clinic of Plymouth’s team. She is in the Veterinary Technician Program at the Canton Massasoit Community College. Among her many farm animals including goats, alpacas, and chickens, she has two English Cocker Spaniels named Oscar and Pepper. And of course, she has two handsome orange kitties, Tiger and Brady.

Melissa Steele

Technician
Melissa lives in New Bedford with her husband, 3 children, 2 dogs, 5 cats, a chinchilla. She studied Veterinary Technology at N.A.V in South Dakota. Previously she was a technician at an emergency clinic where she worked with everything from hamsters to cows. Melissa is excited to be a part of the Cat Clinic where she is able to help her clients and feline patients prevent the worst situations that she dealt with at the emergency center. She enjoys working with and learning from her supportive co-workers. Melissa feels that this is what makes the Cat Clinic a great place – coworkers that work together to make the experience great for clients and patients alike.

Cassandra Kelley, DVM

Owner / Chief Surgeon
Dr. Cassandra Kelley graduated from Tufts University Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine. After graduating, Dr. Kelley practiced at a busy companion animal practice on the South Coast.

In 2004, she moved back to her hometown and began her career in feline exclusive veterinary medicine. She purchased the Cat Clinic of Plymouth when Dr. Averill retired in 2008. Dr. Kelley is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the American Association of Feline Practitioners.
