Her love of animals was influenced by her Grandfather John W.Cutler who grew up in Beverly Farms. She loves her job and continues to be an advocate for animals. Dr. Susan MeaneyDr. Meaney is a native of the North Shore and has planted her roots here in Beverly, living only 2 miles from the clinic. She lives with her 7 year old son Jack, and her dog Lieben. She graduated in 2000 from Tufts University with a BS in Chemistry and a BA in English, and a minor in poetry. After taking a year off to work with Dr. Pollock, she then went on Tufts School of Veterinary Medicine where she graduated with her DVM in 2005.
