Foxfield Veterinary Services Staff Profiles

April Rodriguez, DVM

As an only child born and raised in Dallas, TX animals were always a great source of love and companionship. Her childhood dream was to become a Veterinarian. Dr. Rodriguez spent the majority of her free time finding and caring for stray animals and each held a piece of her heart. She attended SMU where she earned her undergraduate degree and then pursued her childhood dream at Ross University where she achieved her Veterinary degree in 2004. Dr. Rodriguez married one of her Vet school classmates and then relocated to New York where she and her husband began their careers in veterinary medicine. Longing to start a family of their own, after two years in NY, she and her husband once again relocated to her husband's family farm in Kimberton Pa. Her husband, Dr. Tony Rodriguez, then began his own equine ambulatory practice, Foxfield Equine in 2006, and she continued to practice small animal medicine. As an associate Veterinarian Dr. Rodriguez felt she was limited in the quality of care she could offer her patients/clients and thus made the decision to begin her own practice with her husband. Dr. Rodriguez strives to treat each patient as if they were her own and her clients with respect and compassion. She aims to offer the very best medicine and technology currently available while always keeping her patients best interest at heart. In her free time, Dr. Rodriguez enjoys spending time with all of her boys, Tony (husband), Austin (son), Blake (son), and Diesel the dog!

Tony Rodriguez, DVM

Dr. Tony Rodriguez was born and raised in northern Chester County. He began his love of horses while learning to ride, show, and fox hunt from Melanie McCartney at the age of eight. Though he has enjoyed showing and competing over the years, his love for fox hunting continued to grow. Dr. Rodriguez attended Kimberton Waldorf School before heading to Ursinus College to complete his undergraduate degree. Throughout his college years he ran a horse boarding facility at his parent's farm and continued to ride and fox hunt regularly. Dr. Rodriguez then spent a year working with local farriers and attended the American School of Equine Dentistry before heading to Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. He completed his training at New Bolton Center. After graduation from vet school in 2004, he and his wife, Dr. April Rodriguez, moved to New York where he practiced veterinarian medicine at Pine Bush Equine for 2 years. He and his wife then moved back home to Kimberton where he began his own practice, Foxfield Equine, in 2006. Currently Dr. Rodriguez enjoys spending time with his wife April and his two sons, Austin and Blake. Tony also continues to be an avid fox hunter with his horse Solomon, when time permits!

Tracy Jo Regalbuto

Having grown up on a farm, Tracy Jo Regalbuto was born with a love of animals. She graduated from Pottsgrove High School and the Western Center for Technical Studies where she studied Cosmetology in 2003. Later she also graduated from Empire Beauty School. After a few years in the Cosmetology field she decided it was time to go back to her roots and find a way to spend her day surrounded by animals so it only was natural to learn how to make animals feel beautiful and go to school to learn how to groom. It is her knowledge of human hair that adds a unique flair to her dog grooming skills. Grooming since 2005 Tracy has now joined forces with Drs Tony and April Rodriguez DVM in their Veterinary Practice Foxfield Veterinary Services to help the animals they treat feel good on the outside as well as the inside. Tracy is now focusing on building her grooming spa Foxtails (a division of Foxfield Veterinary) that offers Canine, Feline, and Equine grooming. Outside of the Salon Tracy is a very family oriented person who lives on the same horse farm she grew up on. She is very fortunate to now own and live in her grandparent's house on the farm right next to her parents with her Husband Frank and stepson Nicky. She jokes that she lives on Walton's mountain because not only is the farm on a secluded hill but the whole family eats dinner together every night and she enjoys the closeness of family. Tracy enjoys breeding raising and showing her American Quarter horses as well as spending time with her 4 legged canine kids Dora the Chihuahua, Hank and Radar the Blue Heelers, and Cheech the well… we'll guess Pit Bull x Great Dane. Both Cheech and Dora were rescue dogs and Tracy is hoping to train Dora to become a therapy dog to help spread the love of animals to those who can benefit from it most.
