At Freed Veterinary Hospital we understand that your pet brings you so much joy, and in return you want to give them the utmost love and care. John D. Freed, DVM

Dr. Freed founded Freed Veterinary Hospital in 1973, after graduating from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine.  Dr. Freed has served as President of the Tidewater Veterinary Medical Association, the Greater Peninsula Veterinary Medical Association, as well as serving as the Peninsula Representative to the Virginia Veterinary Medical association.  When not at the clinic, Dr. Freed enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and dog Maggie, as well as fly fishing, golfing and travel.

Sarah Raskin

Animal Caregiver

Sarah graduated from Kecoughtan High School in 2011.  Sarah has two Shih-tzu's, Muffin and Murphy, a collie named Sky, and a chihuahua named Toby.  Included in her family is a guinea pig named Meebles.   In her share time, Sarah enjoys listening to music, spending time with family and friends, playing with her own animals, watching movies, and drawing and painting.
