Kevin Harris, DVM, Practice Owner

 Dr. Harris has owned the Haslett Animals Hospital since 1988.  He graduated from Michigan State School of Veterinary Medicine in 1985.  He is married to Becky and has three beautiful children (Nathan, Abby and Katie) who you will occasionally see working at Haslett Animal Hospital.  He has two dogs, Bella and Delilah, and one cat Carter.  He also has chickens and goldfish.  Besides enjoying veterinary medicine, Dr. Harris also enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, woodworking and restoring his 66' mustang.

Melissa Wyatt, VMD

Dr. Wyatt graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1997.  From there she completed the Small Animal Rotating Internship at the Animal Medical Center in NYC, NY.  Originally from Rhode Island, she lived in Providence, New York City and Philadelphia before moving to Michigan.  She has been a full-time veterinarian at Haslett Animal Hospital since January, 2001.  Dr. Wyatt is married to Dr. Matthew Beal, an emergency and critical care specialist at MSU Veterinary Teaching Hospital.  They have 2 adorable children, Parker and Alexandra, and an undisclosed (large) number of dogs, cats and fish. Beth Burmeister, DVM

 Dr. Burmeister graduated from Michigan State University in 1986 with a B.S. in animal science and received her DVM from MSU in 1991.  She worked at a small animal practice in upstate New York for 4 years and then in Davis, California for 6 years before returning to Michigan in 2001.  She has been employed as a part-time veterinarian at Haslett Animal Hospital since 2002.  She lives in Williamston, Michigan with her family and extended menagerie.
