Dr. Cheri Yuen, D.V.M.

Veterinarian 
Dr. Cheri Yuen, grew up in San Francisco, and knew that she wanted to be a veterinarian from a young age. She volunteered at her local veterinary clinic/animal shelter throughout high school, and worked as both a veterinary technician and barn tour guide, during college. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science, from the University of California, Davis, in 2006 and began veterinary school immediately following. Dr. Yuen graduated from the School of Veterinary Medicine at the University of California, Davis, in 2010, with an emphasis in Small Animal Medicine. Professionally, she enjoys the variety of general practice, but also has an interest in Neurology and Dermatology. Her personal interests include attempting to bake, rollerblading, rubber stamp collecting, and taking her Catahoula cross, Dallas, on long walks on the beach.

Dr. Shirley Yang, D.V.M.

Veterinarian 

Dr. Shirley Yang was born in the small town of Ukiah, CA, moved to the East Bay Area at a young age and currently lives in San Francisco. She attended college at UC Davis with a B.S. in Animal Science, after which she ventured to St. George's University in Grenada, West Indies for veterinary school and completed her clinical training at Cornell University. After experiencing the many different areas of veterinary medicine, she found her real passion in the diversity of general practice. 

 

During her spare time, she enjoys the great outdoors and sunlight, beaches, hiking, running, fishing with her grandfather, yoga, cooking, eating a ton of desserts, comedy shows, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Jennifer Stammberger, RVT

Hospital Manager

Jennifer was born in Nurnberg Germany and moved to Southern California when she was 5. She now lives in San Francisco with her 7 year old Jack Russell mix Puppers and 7 year old Domestic Long Haired cat Missy. Growing up, Jennifer had a variety of pets such as turtles, hamsters, birds and many more. At a young age, she knew she wanted to someday turn her passion for animals into a career. She graduated from the Veterinary Technology program at Carrington College in 2013 and shortly after obtained her RVT license. In the field, she has developed an interest in cardiology and emergency medicine. When she is not working, she enjoys fitness, cooking, hiking, movies, music festivals and traveling.
