Red Bank Animal Hospital Staff Profiles

Dr. Charles Conley

Veterinarian

Originally from Memphis, Dr. Conley attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville for both his undergraduate and graduate work. He graduated in 1981 with a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in Medicine and Surgery. After a year spent working at a small animal clinic in Knoxville, he came to Chattanooga and began working at the Red Bank Animal Clinic. On May 1, 1999 the current 4000 square foot hospital was opened. Dr. Conley has done mixed animal work, emergency medicine, and he has served twice as President of the Hamilton County Veterinary Association.

Dr. Conley has been married to his wife Lisa since 1978 and they have two daughters, Adrienne and Michelle. He adores his family and loves spending time with them, but on a really beautiful day he might be found indulging his other passion by taking a couple of hours to go play a few holes of golf (or at least hit a bucket of balls). He also loves classic movies and is very hard to beat when it comes to film trivia!

Dr. Michael Wilke

Dr. Liz Boggan

Veterinarian

Dr. Boggan graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. Before coming to Red Bank Animal Hospital in 2010, she worked at a mixed animal practice in North Georgia. Prior to vet school, she worked for 8 years at The Baylor School as a dorm parent and math teacher.

Originally from a Chicago suburb, she enjoys living in the south. She keeps her hand in large animal work by caring for her two miniature donkeys and three goats. She also has two dogs and a €œpermanent foster€ cat. Dr. Boggan'€™s €œfree-time€ is generally spent catering to the needs of her (generally very unappreciative!) animals, though she enjoys gardening, reading, and hiking when she does get a few spare minutes.
