Julia Lane, VMD, Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Julia Lane is a 2003 graduate of the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Veterinary Medicine. She grew up in Philadelphia, attending Germantown Friends School, and then Haverford College before moving on to Penn. Dr. Lane currently lives in Lafayette Hill, PA with her husband, Tim and their son, Zachary. Their extended family includes a Miniature Pinscher, Maximus and three cats, Duce, Cleo, and Gretel. Her interests include internal medicine, ultrasound, and of course, Eagles football! Show More

Jonathan F. King, VMD, Practice Owner

Jonathan King, V.M.D. was born and raised in Punxsutawney, PA, home of the nationally renowned weather seer, Punxsutawney Phil. He graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 1971, and pursued graduate studies in psychology at Marquette University. He changed career paths a year later and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1976. He practiced medicine in Baltimore, Boston, and the Main Line before coming to Steinbach Veterinary Hospital in 1978. Dr. King was drawn to the area and the clientele and acquired the hospital in 1981 where he continues to be the Medical Director.
