Dr. Sandra Pickard

Dr. Sandra Pickard joined the practice in 1998. She and her husband, Al have a son, Carl and a daughter, Mackenzie.   She actively assists our clients' in experiencing the human animal bond with their pets. Dr. Pickard is a member of the American Association of Feline Practitioners. Her beagle, Dixie, joins us at the practice frequently and many clients know her well.

Dr. Allison Hagner

Dr. Allison Hagner joined our practice in 2005. She received her undergraduate degree from Washington University and her DVM from the Virginia Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. She lives with her husband, Chris, and three children, Jack, Maggie and Grace. Her family includes three cats, Amy, Emily, and Bob.  She misses her dogs and hopes one or more may join her life soon.  She is active in her church and enjoys singing in the band there.  She has recently gotten back into the fitness craze with functional training and Zumba.  She also enjoys traveling, web design, crafting and spending time outdoors with her family.

Dr. Crystal Taylor, Practice Owner

Dr. Crystal Taylor joins Centreville Animal Hospital as a two time Hokie. She received her B.S. Degree in Animal Science from Virginia Tech and then attended Virginia/Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine on the Virginia Tech Campus for her DVM degree.  She loves spending time with her husband, Travis, who also attended VMRCVM, their son, Grant, and their furry Great Dane daughter, Harley.  She also, enjoys watching the antics of her two cats, Carrot and Emma.  When not at the hospital, she enjoys her other passion, winemaking.
