Dr. Jason Leavitt

Dr. Leavitt joined Lakeview Animal Hospital in 2006.  He is married, with 4 children, and one dog named named "Star".  He enjoys gardening, sports, especially BYU football (Go Cougars!), and enjoys watching his son run track & play football & basketball.  He enjoys is family life in Kaysville, and has raised and owned numerous pugs.  He  has a special interest in small animal medicine, especially promoting the human-animal bond.

Sandy Terry

Sandy started working for Lakeview Animal Hospital in 1992.  She graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Health, and worked at numerous hospitals before joining Lakeview, including mixed animal practices, and emergency medicine.  Sandy is married, with 4 children, and one grandson.  She has 2 dogs and 4 cats, including her favorite persian named "Michelangelo" and enjoys reading, crafting, gardening, and running.  She especially enjoys emergency medicine, dentistry, and laboratory work.
