Jay Griffiths, DVM

Dr. Griffiths has been in Veterinary Practice since 1985.  He has developed a significant interest in surgery, as well as advanced laser surgery techniques.  Dr. Griffiths helped develop a unique declaw procedure * Phalangeal Disarticulation*.  This technique, especially when coupled with the Laser, has significantly decreased post operative recovery time as well as complications.

Dr. Griffiths is married to Kathy and they have three children.  Jennifer is 28 and works in San Francisco.  Heather is 27 and also works at Sunset Animal Medical Center. J.J. is 15 and a Sophomore at Forest Lake Christian School. He aspires to be a Professional Basketball Player or Veterinarian, this changes daily.

He and his family have three English Springer Spaniels; Cassie, 12 years, Logan 10 years, and Faith 9 years. They also have three cats; Diamond, 13 years, Linus and De Wade are both a year, they all keep all the dogs in line.
