Leslie E. Morgan, DVM

Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Leslie Morgan grew up in a military family living in several places including Washington, Panama, and Colorado. She first developed her love for Colorado when living in Colorado Springs from 1995 to 1997, and she has since returned almost every year for skiing. Her family ended up in Brookings, SD, which she now considers home. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from South Dakota State University and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Dr. Morgan’s professional interests include animal behavior, surgery, internal medicine and companion animal medicine. She lives in Denver, CO with her husband, their labradoodle Gonzo, and cat Winston. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, skiing, rock climbing, and knitting.

Colleen E. McCoy, DVM

Dr. Colleen McCoy is originally from a small town in upstate New York. She received her Associate degree in Applied Veterinary Science from SUNY Delhi. She then worked as a licensed veterinary technician for a year prior to attending veterinary school. Dr. McCoy received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degree from Ross University, which is located on the Caribbean island of St. Kitts and Nevis. She has also spent time in South Africa, where she was involved in the conservation and relocation of wildlife.

Dr. McCoy’s professional interests include orthopedic surgery and critical care. In her spare time she enjoys hiking with her dog, Odin. She also loves playing soccer, traveling, cooking, painting and scuba diving.

Leila Worth, VMD, PhD, DACVR

Board-Certified in Radiology
Dr. Leila Worth earned her college degree at Williams College, then a PhD in Social Psychology from the University of California-Santa Barbara. She taught at the University of Pennsylvania for a couple of years before starting veterinary school, graduating with her VMD in 1994. She then did an internship in large animal cardiology and ultrasound at New Bolton Center before completing her residency in radiology in 1988. She then joined Denver-based Diagnostic Imaging, one of the largest private practice veterinary radiology groups in the country. Dr. Worth was board-certified by the American College of Veterinary Radiology in 1999.

Having grown up in Europe, Dr. worth brings an international view of the world to her life. She is an avid sportswoman, participating in telemark, downhill and cross country skiing, cyclocross, road and mountain biking, as well as ice climbing and running. She enjoys her life in Breckenridge and Denver with her three dogs and two cats.
