Baby Rhino Gets Wallowing Lessons

At just a week old, Anna, an endangered Southern White Rhinoceros, learns how to wallow in the mud at Lion Country Safari in Florida.
The 155-pound infant was named for Anna Merz, a well-known rhino conservationist who passed away in South Africa just two days before the newborn’s arrival. Merz founded the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy to fight poaching of the animals.
