As it turns out, even four-legged actors find it hard to resist the fabled allure of Tinseltown. Vito Vincent, a 5-year-old orange tabby, traversed the country to find acting work in Hollywood.

Despite an impressive resumé — he's starred in 30 Rock, The Colbert Report and a Macy's Black Friday commercial — the feline performer is facing challenges in pursuing his dream.

Vito's owner, Michael LeCrichia told Reuters that certain casting companies monopolize the animal acting scene in L.A. But that hasn't deterred the proud papa's efforts to find film work for the former shelter cat.

"I knew that since he was a working actor in New York, if he wanted to try to make it in movies, we might have a better opportunity trying to make it into a movie in Los Angeles, in Hollywood," LeCrichia told Reuters.
