The country pop star has been making the rounds on the talk show and late night circuit to promote her new album, Red. But her Scottish Fold, Meredith, doesn’t seem to really care.

“She’s not impressed by anything,” Taylor Swift told the hosts of The View in the clip above.

Maybe it's because Meredith is famous in her own right. E! voted her the best pop culture icon of 2012, she makes plenty of appearances on Swift’s Twitter feed, and even Katie Couric recognizes the feline’s cultural significance.

Swift is set to appear on Couric’s show tomorrow, and the host gives her a swag bag filled with a Meredith T-shirt, ornament and calendar. Talk about star treatment!
