If you’re a comedian, you have to have funny cats, right?

Kelly Oxford’s Exotic Shorthair kitties fit the bill — especially with the online personas they’ve gained through her Instagram account.

Oxford is known for her 2013 New York Times best-seller, Everything Is Perfect When You’re a Liar, and the sometimes edgy jokes she tweets to her 574,000 followers, many of which are about her kids.

Now, her smush-face cats, Gus and Gertie, are becoming stars in their own right.
